About us
At our travel clinic for children, we are committed to providing the best possible care and advice for families traveling abroad. Our experienced healthcare professionals are trained to administer vaccines, including the BCG vaccine, using the most up-to-date techniques to ensure maximum effectiveness. We offer accurate screening and tailored advice to help keep your child healthy and safe while traveling, and we are always available to answer any questions you may have. We understand that traveling with children can be stressful, which is why we strive to create a friendly and welcoming environment where you and your family can feel comfortable and confident in our care.
Dr Shidan Tosif
MBBS (hons) FRACP PhD CTM

Shidan is a specialist paediatrician with expertise in travel medicine, childhood immunisation, and vaccine safety. He is an authorised prescriber for BCG vaccination and holds a Certificate in Travel Health™ from the International Society of Travel Medicine. Shidan takes a holistic, family-centred approach to care and works closely with parents to find solutions that best suit each child's needs.
He completed his medical degree with Honours at the University of Western Australia, and trained in paediatrics at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne. Shidan went on to complete his doctorate (PhD) through the University of Melbourne.
In addition to his work at Kids Travel Doc, Shidan provides clinical care at the Royal Children’s Hospital in general paediatrics, immunisation and vaccine safety, tuberculosis, and immigrant health services.
As a father of young children, Shidan understands the challenges and joys of family travel. He enjoys helping other families prepare for safe, healthy adventures around the world.
Rebecca Feore
Immunisation Nurse
Rebecca is an immunisation nurse with over 15 years of experience. She is a specialist in BCG immunisation. Rebecca has a broad experience in immunising babies, children and families. She has worked in travel clinics, the Royal Childrens Hospital Melbourne and Joan Kirner Women's & Children's Hospital's.
