At our travel clinic for children, we are committed to providing the best possible care and advice for families traveling abroad. Our experienced healthcare professionals are trained to administer vaccines, including the BCG vaccine, using the most up-to-date techniques to ensure maximum effectiveness. We offer accurate screening and tailored advice to help keep your child healthy and safe while traveling, and we are always available to answer any questions you may have. We understand that traveling with children can be stressful, which is why we strive to create a friendly and welcoming environment where you and your family can feel comfortable and confident in our care.
Dr Shidan Tosif
MBBS (hons) FRACP PhD CTM
Shidan is an immunisation paediatrician with expertise in travel medicine, childhood immunisation and vaccine safety. He is an authorised prescriber for BCG vaccine. Shidan takes a holistic approach to health and enjoys working with families to find solutions that best suit their needs.
Shidan graduated from medicine with honours at the University of Western Australia, before training as a paediatric physician at the Royal Childrens Hospital Melbourne. He completed his doctorate at the University of Melbourne. He holds a Certificate in Travel Health™ from the International Society of Travel Medicine.
Shidan provides clinical care for children at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne in general medicine, immunisation and vaccine safety, tuberculosis and immigrant health.
Rebecca Feore
Immunisation Nurse
Rebecca is an immunisation nurse with over 15 years of experience. She is a specialist in BCG immunisation. Rebecca has a broad experience in immunising babies, children and families. She has worked in travel clinics, the Royal Childrens Hospital Melbourne and Joan Kirner Women's & Children's Hospital's.
